Unless otherwise agreed, the following conditions apply:
Prices
The stated prices are in Swiss francs, non-binding and apply to deliveries in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
(Listed prices are for the Swiss market. For international deliveries, please inquire)
Special customizations will be charged according to the result. Exchanges are not possible. Once the order execution has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

For special deliveries, unloading with a crane, additional effort for the driver (waiting times), etc., the actual costs will be charged.
The prices are exclusive of VAT.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted after prior agreement. The exchange goods will be credited with a maximum of 70 % of the net sales price.
Payment
20 days net from invoice date. Unjustified discounts will be charged subsequently.
Shipping
The goods travel on account and risk of the recipient after handover to the forwarding agent or the collector. Events of force majeure release from the observance of agreed dates.

Warranty
There is no claim for damage or consequential damage compensation.
Complaints
Complaints will only be considered within 8 days from the date of delivery.
Jurisdiction
Place of performance for both parties is Steinhausen, place of jurisdiction Zug.
